Second filming session

Today we did our second filming session in Newport high street. The weather was ideal as it matched the weather we previously had in the rural setting. It was cold but still very bright, which was helpful as we didn't need to use extra lighting, i.e a torch. Hannah and I had previously printed out our lyrics and organised what lines needed to be lip synced to make sure that when it came to editing we had plenty of material. This was an extreme advantage as today we filmed particular lines of Joe singing, as well as him repeating the chorus. We did this so we can cut in and out using different shots to make our final video more interesting for the audience. I think today was successful however, the only disadvantage that could be said is the amount of traffic driving past, this made it more difficult to film across the road from Joe. We did however get around this, and in addition to this we also managed to incorporate a train in our filming. This could be seen as cliche but we believed it was worth filming so that when it comes to our final editing we have enough material covered.
