I have looked at a typical indie video by an existing established band and looked at the clothes they are wearing and to see if we wanted to show this look within our video or not.
These screen shots were taken at various points through the video "She moves in her own way" by The Kooks
This image shows the band members wearing fairly casual clothes including skinny fit jeans with a casual plain top with cardigans. These costume choices have been selected as the band want to show themselves possibly more show show musical talent rather than other methods such as dance routines. I think we would use this partly when decideding on our our cast members costume as we think it works well with the type of music that is performed and reflects the content of the video.
